Stir fried rice with the chunkiness of soya and the flavours of spring onions.

Procedure
Heat oil in a cooking vessel or Wok.Add the chopped garlic and fry. Add the chopped onions and cook till translucent.
Add the tomato sauce, chilly sauce and soya sauce, Pepper powder, Red chilly flakes, paprika and honey.
Add the boiled and drained soya nuggets continue to saute. Add the Spring onions and fry till translucent and the sauce coats the soya nuggets.
Now add the rice, salt to taste, sprinkle with some water and stir fry till done.
Garnish with more spring onions and serve hot.
